Privacy Policy — Hesaban App

Effective date: August 8, 2026

This policy applies to the Hesaban Android application published by Tabiban. It explains what information the app processes, how licensing works, and how to contact us.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Tabiban ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Hesaban mobile application ("Hesaban" or "the app"). Hesaban is an Android app for small businesses and pharmacies to record accounting, sales, purchases, expenses, inventory, customers, cash and bank activity, and related reports.

By installing or using Hesaban, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Information you enter in the app

Business and operational data you create in Hesaban — such as transaction records, customer and supplier details, product and inventory information, balances, and reports — is stored on your device. You remain responsible for this data and for any backups you choose to create.

We do not upload your ledger, sales history, inventory, or other day-to-day business records to Tabiban servers as part of normal app use. Tabiban does not access your on-device business data without your explicit permission (for example, if you voluntarily share a backup file with support).

You can use backup features provided in the app to copy your data to a location you control (for example, local storage or cloud storage you configure), so you can restore it when changing devices.

Information we do not collect from your business records

We do not require you to create a Tabiban account to use Hesaban's core accounting features.

We do not sell your personal information or your business data to third parties.

We do not use your on-device business records for advertising.

Device identification, trial, and license

Hesaban uses a license and trial system to prevent abuse and to manage paid or trial access. To do this, the app generates a stable device code derived from your device's Android ID (or a locally stored fallback identifier if Android ID is unavailable). This code is shown in the app as a device or entry code together with activation instructions.

On first use, you may receive a time-limited trial period (currently 10 days from first launch). After trial registration or license activation, additional grace periods may apply as described in the app.

To activate or renew a license, you may be asked to provide your name, mobile phone number, and codes shown in the app. When you are online, this information may be sent to Tabiban's licensing backend so we can validate your license, link it to your device, and prevent repeated trial abuse (for example, after reinstalling the app).

License-related data may be stored in Google Firebase (Firestore project used for Tabiban licensing). Typical fields include name, family name, mobile number, device or license codes, registration and validity dates, license status, an active flag, optional messages, and an app identifier. This is licensing metadata — not your business ledger.

License state may also be stored locally on your device in protected form (including signed license data bound to your device code). The app may detect significant clock changes that could affect trial or license timing.

Network and third-party services

When you use license activation, registration, or license verification while online, the app communicates with Tabiban's licensing services (including Firebase/Firestore and related authentication used for that backend).

We do not state that Hesaban includes third-party analytics or advertising SDKs based on our public app documentation; if that changes in a future version, we will update this policy.

This policy page is hosted on tabiban.app. If you are reading it in a web browser, the website may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) separately from the Hesaban app. That website analytics does not apply to data stored only inside the app on your phone unless you visit our site.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect license and registration data transmitted to our servers. Data on your device is protected by your device's operating system and any screen lock or encryption you enable.

You are responsible for securing your device, keeping backup copies safe, and not sharing activation codes with untrusted parties.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

Business data on your device remains until you delete it, uninstall the app, or overwrite it through restore from backup.

License and registration records on our servers are retained as long as needed to provide licensing, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may contact us to request information about license records tied to your phone number or device code.

Children's privacy

Hesaban is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information through the licensing flow, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of Hesaban after an update means you accept the revised policy. For material changes, we may also notify you through the app or other reasonable means.
